ANCHOR FLANGE

  • ANCHOR FLANGE

Anchor Flange is a flange use to restrain pipe movement(axial movement) in a piping system. Very similar looks as Weld Neck flange, but it has two hubs on both both sides to allow weld with the pipes.

  • BLIND FLANGE

Blind flange is usually installed at the end of any piping system either on a header or branch connection or on a valve and functions as a means for positive isolation of the piping system.

  • WELD NECK FLANGE

A Weld Neck flange (WN Flange) consists of a circular fitting with a protruding rim or neck (hub) around the circumference. Widely used in all applications, it is easily recognized by its long tapered neck on the flange. The tapered neck can provide high strength reinforcement to support flange and pipe.

  • LONG WELD NECK FLANGE

Long Weld Neck Flange(LWN flange) is also call integral flange, is identical to Weld Neck Flange, but it has a long protruding hub or tapered neck and a bevel end, to butt welding with the matching pipe.

  • LAP JOINT FLANGE

Lap Joint Flange (LJF), is a flange that consists of two parts, a stub end and the backing flange. On a Lap Joint, the flange slides over the pipe and the stub end is the connection where the gasket sits. The end where the gasket sits is the same outside diameter as the face of a raised face flange.

  • ORIFACE FLANGE

Orifice Flanges are used in conjunction with orifice meters to measure the flow rate of liquids or gases in the respective pipeline, using tapped or socket weld style meter connections located on the outside diameter of the flanges, using tapped or socket weld style meter connections located on the outside diameter of the flanges.

  • RING FLANGE

Ring type joint flange, abbreviated as RTJF, is a type of flange that uses a metal ring that sits in a hexagonal groove as a gasket to seal the flange pair. The flanges seal when the bolts are tightened and the gasket is compressed into the groove making a metal to metal seal

  • SPADE RING SPACER FLANGE

Spades Ring Spacers Flanges are forged products used to blind pipelines temporarily or permanently. ASME B16.48 covers the dimensions and specifications of these spacers ring flanges

  • PLATE FLANGE

Plate Flange is a flat, circular disk that is welded onto the end of a pipe and allows it to be bolted to another pipe. Typically used in fuel and water pipelines, the two plate flanges will be bolted together with a gasket in between them. The plate flange will have bolt holes all around the perimeter and will be used to create junctions, tees and joints.

  • SOCKET WELD FLANGE

Socket Weld Flange (SWF) is similar to Slip on Flange, but it has a recessed area (like a shoulder) in the flange bore, this shoulder serves as a guide to set the depth of the pipe that inserted to the flange. It Socket welding flange initially designed for high pressure small diameters piping system.

  • SLIP ON FLANGE

Slip-on flanges are installed on pipes by slipping on the flange bore over the pipe outside diameter and securing it to the pipe by fillet welds. There is no full penetration weld between the pipe and slip-on flanges, hence the joint cannot be subject to radiography.

  • SPECTACLE BLIND FLANGE

Spectacle blind or Figure 8, is a safety device used to isolate a section of line or piece of equipment when the line or equipment needs to be inspected or removed from service. Figure 8 are generally two metal discs that are attached to each other by a small section of steel.,cut to fit between two pipe flanges and usually sandwiched between two gaskets. The shape is similar to a pair of glasses or “spectacles” – hence the name spectacle blind.

  • THREADED FLANGE

Threaded (Screwed) Flange has a threaded bore inside the flange bore which fits on the pipe with matching male thread on the pipe. The taper pipe threads conforming to ASME B1.20.1 in its bore can be used in piping systems where it is not possible to carry out welding of the pipe, such as highly explosive environment where welding can create a potential hazard.
